About the role

Kora Metal Design is a small team specialising in high-end architectural steelwork including doors, windows, screens, balustrades and everything in between. We fabricate all types of metal from mild steel through to brass and stainless steel and no two days are the same! Our work is installed in some of Sydney's most beautiful homes and we're looking for a skilled fabricator/welder to join our team.

What we're looking for

• Can you read and understand drawings?
• Are you the type of person that measures, check-measures and measures again because you take accuracy seriously?
• Can you produce clean & tidy welds?
• Do you take pride in doing things properly? 
• Are you wanting to learn and grow?
• Do you take direction well?
• Are you reliable, respectful and presentable?
• Do you want to learn, improve and take on more responsibility?
• Have you got your own reliable transport?
• The interview process will include a short practical welding/fabrication test. Are you ok with this?
